Welcome to the new Reid Racing website. Hopefully this will let you have an insight into racing in the various championships in Scotland.

This year started off promising with the car running well and my times improving on last year. With several wins under my belt I thought that I might do well in the championships.

However, when I selected 1st gear instead of 3rd at Kames earlier in the season, I found out that Nova will not do 10,000+ rpms. After frantic rebuilding of the engine to get back out for the rest of the season, I managed to set my personal best at Forrestburn.

Though, once again at Kames, whilst beating the class record in practise, I went for it in the 1st timed run and the engine blew again - so I decided then that was the end of my season.
